1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website or services provided by Ethereal Pro Connections (“we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Company”), you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Provided

Ethereal Pro Connections provides remote virtual assistant and business support services, including but not limited to administrative support, customer service support, and specialized virtual assistance for industries such as real estate and healthcare.

The specific scope of services, deliverables, and pricing for each engagement will be outlined in a separate proposal, service agreement, or written communication between Ethereal Pro Connections and the Client.

3. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver services effectively, the Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required to perform the agreed services
• Grant necessary access to tools, accounts, or systems needed to complete assigned tasks
• Communicate expectations, deadlines, and feedback in a timely manner
• Use our services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations

4. Payment Terms

Fees for services will be agreed upon prior to the commencement of work and outlined in an invoice, proposal, or service agreement.

Payments are due according to the schedule specified at the time of engagement. Late or missed payments may result in a pause or termination of services until outstanding balances are resolved.

5. Confidentiality

Ethereal Pro Connections understands that Clients may share sensitive business information in the course of our engagement. We agree to treat all Client information as confidential and to use appropriate measures to protect it, consistent with our core value of Trustworthiness.

This obligation does not extend to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any materials, content, or deliverables created by Ethereal Pro Connections specifically for a Client as part of a paid engagement become the property of the Client upon full payment.

Ethereal Pro Connections retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, templates, processes, or methodologies used in the course of providing services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ethereal Pro Connections will perform services with reasonable skill and care. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to our services will not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing service engagement by providing written notice, in accordance with the terms specified in the applicable service agreement or proposal.

Upon termination, the Client remains responsible for payment of any services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise specified in a signed service agreement.
